These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and spade54 ("spade54", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the spade54 platform accessible at spade54.club and all associated services. Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree, do not register an account or use the platform.
In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise:
Access to and use of the spade54 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. spade54 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account where age eligibility cannot be verified to spade54's satisfaction.
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered Account on the spade54 Platform at any given time. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a breach of these Terms. All duplicate Accounts will be closed, balances will be voided, and the primary Account may be permanently suspended at spade54's discretion.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration details is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds.
spade54 operates under international gaming licensing and does not hold a licence issued by Malaysian authorities. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. spade54 makes no representation that use of the Platform is legal in any specific jurisdiction.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your spade54 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. spade54 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, you must notify spade54 immediately via the live chat function or by emailing [email protected]. spade54 will take reasonable steps to secure the Account upon receiving such notification.
spade54 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. While 2FA is optional, enabling it significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access. spade54 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where 2FA was available but not activated by the Player.
spade54 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Visa. Deposits are credited to your Account immediately upon confirmation. spade54 reserves the right to decline a deposit at its sole discretion if it suspects fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.
The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method and is displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. spade54 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice.
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits from the same Account, subject to method availability. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. The first withdrawal from any Account requires completion of identity verification before processing commences. spade54 targets processing of e-wallet withdrawals within 30 minutes for verified accounts, though processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
spade54 may withhold withdrawal processing pending KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or breach of these Terms, or compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Where a withdrawal is withheld, spade54 will notify the Player of the reason and the steps required to resolve the hold.
The Platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Where deposits are made in another currency, conversion will be applied at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of transaction. Currency conversion fees may apply depending on your payment provider.
All bonuses and promotions offered by spade54 are subject to specific terms published at the time the offer is made, including but not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. In the event of conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms prevail.
Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are not available for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before completing the wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
Systematic exploitation of bonuses, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, use of multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or any strategy designed to extract value from bonus terms without genuine recreational play, constitutes bonus abuse and is strictly prohibited. spade54 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and terminate Accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
Participation in the spade54 VIP Programme is subject to eligibility criteria published on the Platform. spade54 reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, benefit rates, cashback percentages, and Programme structure at any time with reasonable notice. Tier status is assessed monthly based on qualifying wager volume. spade54 reserves the right to downgrade, suspend, or terminate VIP status where Programme terms are not met or where prohibited conduct is identified.
All games offered on the spade54 Platform operate using certified random number generation (RNG) for virtual games, or physical dealing and spinning equipment operated by certified studios for live dealer games. Game outcomes are determined at the point of resolution and are final. Alleged technical errors must be reported to spade54 support within 24 hours of the relevant game round; complaints submitted after this period may not be investigated.
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game round, spade54 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. spade54 is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake on the affected round.
Sports wagers are settled in accordance with the rules applicable to each sport and event type, as published in the spade54 Sportsbook rules section. Settlement is based on official results as recognised by the relevant governing body. spade54 reserves the right to correct settlement errors identified after initial settlement has been applied.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the spade54 Platform:
spade54 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account and void all associated balances where prohibited conduct is identified, without prior notice where the conduct warrants immediate action.
All content on the spade54 Platform, including but not limited to the spade54 brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software, is the intellectual property of spade54 or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without spade54's prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
spade54 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. KYC documentation is collected and retained in accordance with spade54's obligations under its international licensing framework and is used solely for identity verification and regulatory compliance purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, spade54's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any game or transaction shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to their spade54 Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
spade54 shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind; (b) loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity; (c) losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms; (d) service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure, internet service providers, or events outside spade54's reasonable control.
spade54 may suspend or terminate your Account and these Terms at any time, with or without notice, where: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) spade54 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, prohibited conduct, or regulatory risk associated with your Account; (c) spade54 determines it is required to do so under applicable licensing obligations.
Upon termination, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your last verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and satisfaction of spade54's withdrawal conditions. Bonus Funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon termination for cause.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under spade54's international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through spade54's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the applicable licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your rights to seek emergency relief in any competent jurisdiction.
spade54 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the amended Terms take effect for existing accounts. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.
